These Messaging Terms & Conditions (“Messaging Terms”) govern the text-messaging program (“Program”) offered by S W Hart Enterprises LLC, doing business as Wave Development Partners (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to these Messaging Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not opt in.
When you opt in, you will receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from Wave Development Partners related to your inquiry about commercializing your development. These may include advisor replies and conversations, project updates, appointment scheduling and reminders, and — where you have separately opted in — periodic marketing messages.
You opt in by submitting our inquiry form with your mobile number and affirmatively checking the SMS consent box (which is not pre-checked), or by otherwise giving us your express written consent (for example, by texting us first or confirming consent in writing). We keep a record of your consent, including the date, time, and the exact consent language you agreed to.
Message frequency varies and depends on your interaction with us and your advisor. You will generally receive messages in direct response to your inquiry and any appointments; marketing messages, if opted into, are sent on a recurring but limited basis.
Message and data rates may apply. These charges come from your mobile carrier and are your responsibility. We do not charge for the messages themselves. Check your plan for details.
You can cancel the Program at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then stop sending texts, unless you opt in again. You may also contact us at spencer@wavedevelopmentpartners.com / +1 (435) 513-0074 to be removed.

Your agreement to receive text messages is not required to engage Wave Development Partners or use any of our services. You can still work with us by email or phone if you prefer not to receive texts.
Supported carriers include major US and international mobile carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
You represent that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number you provide and are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If your number changes or you transfer it to another person, you agree to notify us and opt out to avoid messages reaching an unintended recipient.
We respect your privacy. No mobile information (including your phone number and SMS consent) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share mobile information only with vendors that help us operate the Program (such as our messaging platform, CRM, and workflow automation), strictly to deliver the service on our behalf. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their marketing. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
We may update these Messaging Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted here with a new “Last updated” date. Your continued participation after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
